#WhyWorry OMG what a Blessing

#WhyWorry....OMG I didn't want to hear what the doctors were telling me...there must be something wrong, am I going crazy, would I intentially embarrass my family by acting this way (seizures) walking funny, movement disorders....no it couldn't be just in my head.  Thank you Renee for giving me hope that I CAN fix myself not by all the medications they've prescribed over the years, but mostly by listening to what GOD has for me....and with this lesson and your DEVOTIONAL BOOK I will finally find my purpose in all of it.

#Thanksgiving 2013

Wow 2013 and so much to be thankful for.  First I must be thankful for our wonderful Lord who sacrificed his life for all US Sinners all over the world.  By his Blood we are saved....Thank You Jesus for giving us eternal life for US to choose.  We must remember that we have to accept Jesus as our Savior and Lord and follow the Holy Spirit each and every day.  Thank you for Forgiveness each time we ask. 
I am also thankful for my Wonderful family Bruce, Melanie, Kelly, Michael and my parents Elaine Kulu and Joseph Taney and my brother Joey Taney and sister Gail Fitzpatrick.....although we live many miles apart our love for each other is strong and everlasting.  God Bless them and most of all I am Thankful for all that God has made.

#YES I DO Getting to know who I am this week in Chapter 8 has been a real eye opener...sometimes we think this is the person we are by what we do in life just to find the hidden REAL ME comes when we take time to delve into our inner most being to see who GOD intended us to be. I have enjoyed learning more about me and having some confirmation from my neighbors that helped me with this chapter. Sometimes getting another set of eyes or shall I say hearing what others say about you really makes you wonder if God is saying the same things. Thanks Renee for the assessment and just really helping us gain the Confidence in know who we are in Christ. God Bless all who have been challenged to find the REAL YOU

With Christ in my life I feel comfort knowing that we are Co-Heirs.  Somehow that really made me feel like no matter what our earthly family is like whether it is dysfunctional or wonderful, that We are HIS Children.  Now how can we not FIND COMFORT IN THAT.  God Bless all my Sister's in Christ.

Think-Feel-Live #WhoIAm

This weeks study has invoked a lot of emotions in me that I had hidden away thought to never be brought out again….but sometimes WE don’t have the choice to keep them hidden because GOD is in Control as Renee reminds us and I have come to realize that giving Him the control and letting God heal and comfort me is so much better to Think-Feel-Live by. Earlier this week I could not sleep because this study just brought so many things from my past to the forefront and something made me think of this: FIRE of LIFE Motto: as a child we were taught to Stop, Drop and Roll….well it works for all ages when I thought about it. So here is my FIRE Motto to share with y’all: STOP – listen to God’s comforting words of encouragement; DROP – fall to your knees and thank God for those wonderful words of encouragement and His unfailing Love; ROLL – as we gain our momentum from God’s word’s of encouragement lets Roll with it!! Thus in doing the Stop, Drop and Roll we can LIVE with Christ Jesus in our lives and not find ourselves burning from past experiences that sometimes SATAN tries to engulf us with. So all you wonderful women out there lets ask #Who’sI AM and then repeat the FIRE motto and rejoice in God’s Grace. God Bless each and everyone of you!

Stop, Drop & Roll with THE WORD of GOD

In my awakening and wondering mind I was thinking of my OBS from P31 and for some reason the words STOP, DROP & ROLL came to mind.  I started pondering on it and realized it was a new motto of mine.  I call it the FIRE TO LIVE Motto:  Stop - listen to the sweet Word of God, Drop - kneel down and pray and tell the Good Lord what you feel is heavy on your heart for the day or PRAISE Him for the good in your day, Roll - the image of those on flight 82 on 9/11 "Let's Roll" keeps coming to my mind so when we do the first Stop/Drop then we continue with Rolling with the Grace of God and knowing that no matter our circumstances that he is with us ALWAYS.  God Bless and don't forget to Stop, Drop and Roll today.
